The World Learning Visitor Exchange Program (formerly Delphi International) seeks a Program Officer to implement public diplomacy visits to the U.S. for international participants sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Office of International Visitors and other government agencies. The Program Officer will work in conjunction with a Program Associate to design and administer short-term observational U.S. study tours for mid-career professionals selected by U.S. Embassies worldwide. The position requires excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, research, and financial administration skills, as well as broad knowledge of U.S. domestic and foreign policy issues. The ideal candidate will be curious, creative, and a life-long learner.
