Summary
Serve as Raisers Edge database administrator
  • Create queries
  • Oversee mailing lists
  • Train staff
  • Integrate Raisers Edge with Net Community
  • Work with the accounting staff

  • Functions as office manager overseeing:
  • Phone systems/security systems
  • Office Equipment
  • Office supplies/orders


  • Train new and temporary employees on office equipment/systems

  • Supervision of Receptionist and Courier

  • Oversee the collection/delivery schedule for Courier to maximize effectiveness of time and vehicle usage

  • Other duties as may be required


    Skills needed:

  • Ability to deal clearly and appropriately with the public

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proficiency with Raisers Edge software, word processing and spreadsheet programs. Net Community is a plus

  • Training and supervisory skills required
