Facilitating information exchange between customers, patients, families, healthcare team, other departments, vendors, or outside agencies Serving as an initial point of contact for customers either in person or by phone
Performing a variety of integral activities to assist medical, nursing and administrative staff to meet unit, department, and institutional needs
Assisting with the overall coordination, planning, development and implementation of assigned projects
