Meet with business owners of provider data to gather information regarding provider data integrity issues. Perform root cause analysis. Validate quality and summarize extent of provider data integrity issues. Communicate findings with recommendations for corrective action on data errors as well as process changes to prevent future errors. Report on status of projects to the Director and to business owners.
