Summary
1. A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) 2. Two Years of work related experience3. Experience in: Organizing, analyzing and understanding business processes and workflows, developing procedure manuals, user manuals, etc. 1. At least 5 years experience documenting and analyzing business processes in state-supervised, locally- administered human services programs, preferably Child Support. Documentation material should include but not be limited to use case diagrams, flow charts, truth tables, and data element tables. Giving presentations to groups and eliciting requirements from groups should also be included among this experience. 2. At least 2 years experience documenting large scale human services applications using Rational Requisite Pro for requirements tracing and change management. 3. At least 5 years experience in a system testing environment preferably using defect tracking software, including test case and scenario development, validation and reporting through the use of the testing tools. Experience in this area should also include test plan development and validation of test results.4. Bidders are required to identify the percentage of the hourly bid rate is attributable to contractor “overhead” as opposed to fringe benefits and direct salary payable to the Candidate. For the purposes of the this bid, fringe benefits may be comprised of only the following: paid leave time for vacation/personal-time/sickness, health insurance, social security/Medicare, worker's compensation, employee retirement benefits, life insurance, and unemployment insurance.
