SAP Solution Manager Expert (2676)10 Months Contract in Plano, TX 75024Local candidates and permanent residents only eligible for this roleJob Description :-Needs to be able to develop project templates and designing conversions from legacy systems; we absolutely need these skills in the current phase of our project.An analysis role within the finance work stream for Releases, taking responsibility for implementing project system processes for Implementation Group. The role will include work with the Implementation Group operations, preparing end-to-end documentation of processes, configuration, realization, testing and implementation. The ultimate success of the role will be judged using post go-live metrics. The analyst will be a member of a team including customer employees, and consultants. One of the key success factors for the role is the ability to apply the processes and systems that have been developed and implemented for previous Releases, to leverage learning's from the Releases and to implement new solutions based on the new requirements of the implementation group operations. This role should ensure that all requirements stated by the implementation group are met. If not met, this person should assist with providing satisfactory explanations of why they will be bypassed. The ability to understand, articulate and design financial processes is important, as is the ability to communicate within the Release team and with the customer groups. 6 - 8 years of experience. Looking for a senior SAP Solution Manager expert with architecture, CHARM, BP Monitoring experience.The ideal person should have 5 + years of SAP Solution Manager experience.Experience in setting up the business process monitoring objects/processes within Solution Manager.Should have the implementation experience of Service Desk, Change Request Management (CHARM) using Solution Manager, SMD (Solution Manager Diagnostics) and implementation of SLA -- Service Level Agreements, End-to-end diagnostics(E2E).This person should have experience of desiging/setting up of the CHARM within Solution Manager.Should be able to work on integration of the solution manager with various other software systems/packages like SAP Composite Environment (CE) and HP Incident reporting system.Should have good presentation and communication skills to work with several business groups as well as IT groups while designing the total solution.The primary focus of the implementation is on E2E monitoring and CHRM implementation within Solution Manager. Experience : Minimum 5 + Years in SAP Solution ManagerEducation : BS in Computer science or relatedRequired : SAP Solution Manager design/configuration experience in the key areas like Business Process Monitoring, CHARM
