Job Description: Formulates and defines specifications to design, develop, test and implement software systems and participates in the modification of computer hardware and peripheral equipment, and implementation of software operating systems This is a middleware programmer position The candidates must have Java and Tibco in order to be consideredThe Sr. Systems Engineer position works on variety of projects ranging in both size and scopePrimary responsibilities include analysis/design, coding, testing, implementing and support of application data integration projects using EAI tools such as TIBCO EMS and BusinessWorks, SOA Services, IBM DataStage, web technologies and JavaThis candidate will lead the planning for the future of Enterprise Workflow at the company This candidate can expect to evaluate new software technology and make recommendations for adoption of technology evaluated at the companyUnderstands the business areas supported to determine specific business requirements. Supports multiple business areasLeads one or more medium sized and complex projects which entails overseeing internal IT professionals, as well as external IT professionals. Prepares project-phase plans and implementation schedules, plans and conducts meeting and workshops relative to these project plans, and communicates project status reporting to all levels of management.
