Summary

Need at least 5 years of industry experience as a web developer, preferably at an agency or in house at a development company. Technical lead experience on at least 3 web applications or major websites requiring backend development.// Technical SkillsAn expert in:- PHP/MySQL- Linux/Apache- Standards Compliant HTML/CSSHave a really good grasp of:- Javascript- AJAX and AJAX Libraries- ActionscriptBonus (but not necessary):- Ruby on Rails- Drupal- Any other web dev framework// Soft skillsCommunication:Need excellent communication skills, ability to present to non-technical audiences & interact well with a diverse team. Someone that wants to do things the right way, not a yes-man or diva.Documentation:As an organized developer adhering to the best practices possible, you document your code well - not just in your own coded chicken scratch -- but so clear that anyone can pick up the code & understand what's going on.Leadership / Mentorship:Like to share knowledge and willing/able to guide/help others in the company to improve and benefit from your experience and skill.// ResponsibilitiesTechnical Guru - most of your time will be spent coding and developing, but also providing knowledge and advice to the rest of the Agency. - Lead technical team/vendors and provide technical leadership on Interactive projects.- Assist in estimating task and meeting project schedules/milestones- Work with internal teams to help design, consult and approve software architecture- Be accountable for the code quality of all Interactive projects
