Responsibilities
• Record all inter-company purchases by location
• Record all transfers between locations
• Record service charges and confirm the rates are correct by comparing rates to our contract
• Upload payroll templates to the GL
Process and upload the Daily Sales Reports to the GL
Record journal entries and check for reasonableness
Perform Inventory adjustment calculations after receiving the inventory from locations
Record accrued labor as part of month end close
Prepare bank reconciliations for all accounts
Download and record health insurance allocations
Calculate and record allocations
Required Skills
Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), knowledge of MAS and FRX a plus
