Leverage existing processes and tools while identifying and improving gaps to the EDI application. Maintain operations, gather metrics, monitor systems and troubleshoot problems to ensure the integrity of production systemsSkills :- UnixMatrix :-5+ years of aix system administration experience includingstrong troubleshooting and support skillssupport experience on multiple versions of AIXunderstanding of IBM support processes both hardware and softwarestrong knowledge of the aix operating systemknowledge of interoperability conceptsprevious experience in a “ticketed” incident based environment a plusunderstanding of storage, network as it relates to system connectivity/workabilitysupport experience of an IBM Data Warehouse a plusSAN storage connectivity/interoperability experienceExperience in a large environment with quality teamwork a requirementQuality communication skills, both written and verbalPlease send resume to spatro@myasap.com
