Summary
Our commpany is looking to fill a new opening for a Call Center Manager. The candidate for this position must ensure that calls are answered by the staff within the agreed time scales and in a professional manner. Candidate must also be able to motivate, train, and develop employees. Compensation will be based upon past experience and education. Full benefits are availble with this position.

Responsibilities
Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality
Managing the daily running of the call centre
Liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues
Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries
Organising staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand
Developing, implementing and reviewing core responsibilities and tasks
Analysing performance statistics and making decisions on the basis of these statistics
Required Skills
Must be 18 years of Age
Excellent organizational and follow up skills with strong attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast paced environment
Strong teamwork, leadership, and employee motivational skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and with outside contacts
Must be able to pass a back ground check
Must be able to pass a drug screen
