Summary
The Location Manager role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, account management to Seed customers and sales force. The incumbent will utilize excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills to create and maintain an environment where the team can provide strong customer relationships, ensure order accuracy, timely deliveries, process improvement and sales reporting. The incumbent is comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment which requires minimum direction, rapid response and issue resolution relating to customer orders, inquiries, and concerns. This will be completed through operational excellence as well as the ability to build and utilize a broad network of contacts.

Responsibilities
• Provide day to day operational direction and support to a team of Customer Service Representatives and Project Coordinators • Maintain a working knowledge of all regionally relevant operational processes and marketing programs to assist team with customer and field inquiries and issue resolution • Maintain and establish that the pricing, programs, customer masters are all correctly established in SAP • Responsible for CSR team heating monthly and year goals. • Responsible for dealer compensation and dealer paper work • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, and Business Operations to ensure cross functional excellence from the customer service department • Work together to provide any need customer and or dealer communication support. • Develop plans and establishes metrics to ensure operational excellence • Provide in depth coaching to direct reports enhancing functional and soft skills to accelerate personal growth and development of direct reports. • Ensure monthly financial targets are achieved via planning and problem resolution
