Responsibilities

	Manage all aspects of construction projects for natural gas operators in the Marcellus Shale. Assist with business development of existing and new clients including identifying and responding to RFPs and RFQs. Ensure ensure quality of deliverables, promote staff development, and oversee sub-contract
	Candidate MUST HAVE experience working with the Oil and Gas Industry as well as local, state, and federal agencies. PE or PG with DEP Training in ESCGP-1 DESIRED!

Required Skills

	Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail
	Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to maintain and develop client relationships
	Computer skills including MS Office Word/Excel
	Problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills
	Safe Driving Record
	Candidate MUST HAVE experience working with the Oil and Gas Industry as well as local, state, and federal agencies.
	PE or PG with DEP Training in ESCGP-1 DESIRED!
