SUMMARY: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment. He / she evaluates, plans and administers occupational therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative occupational therapy as prescribed by a physician. Bottom Line: 1. Degree in Occupation Therapy 2. Current OT license with no restrictions in GA 3. One year minimum experience in Home Health 4. Bi-lingual skills preferred ** We need a licensed OT currently in the area or very close by.
