Responsibilities
Serves as mentor by role modeling a professional practice consistent with organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care. Responsible and accountable for daily operations of one or two assigned unit (s) on a twenty-four hour basis – seven days a week. Develops, implements, and monitor compliance to unit operating budget. Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, the region's first Magnet Hospital, is seeking an EXPERIENCED Registered Nurse Leader for a Unit Manager position for a 32 bed Vascular Stepdown and a 9 bed Vascular ICU
