Implements and/or facilitates programs to meet the identified learning needs of our customers by working with Newark Wayne Community Hospital leadership. Utilizes internal and external Marketing systems to inform Staff of training programs.
Required Skills
CQI results, performance improvement results, customer surveys, and course evaluation results Develops educational programs and curriculums that promote quality health care, employee or patient growth, and personal wellness. Programs will be based on current literature findings.
