Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Produce schematic design and/or design development packages/sets for shop-in-shop stores (new stores or renovations); oversee project from inception through completion. Responsible for project management including; design of space, construction, millwork shop drawing review, budget and schedule maintenance. Manager project scope with various consultants: Lighting, Engineer, Production Architect, Code and Construction Manager.

Coordinate project s program requirements with Club Monaco in-house departments: Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Finance. Maintain constant dialogue with all teams involved regarding status and progress of projects.
Required Skills
internet Understanding of traditional classical architectural design and components as well as modern design Project Management Experience in areas of millwork, construction, budgets, schedules and analysis Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral.
