Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Responsibilities: Alone and with support from the Senior Innovations Officer, engage with inventors and communicate commercialization strategy for CC-developed technology; assess market to determine commercialization potential, and perform market and technology research through various publications. Build financial model for CC technology for either licensing or spin-off activity.

Identify potential commercial partners, negotiate deal terms and execute appropriate agreements. Structure deal terms to maximize CC value. Manage patent prosecution and maintenance to best protect CC intellectual property portfolio.
Required Skills
Assist in business and strategic development and capital raise efforts. Assist in the preparation of business plans and development of corporate strategy. Source, negotiate, execute and enforce commercial deals. Other duties as assigned.
