Description: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for increasing sales through various methods within a defined territory and processing the necessary paperwork for securing new sales contracts, addressing potential clients concerns or questions in a timely manner

Responsibilities
Work with hundreds of prospective customer targets, at the same time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Work out of a home office setting with minimal direct supervision on a daily basis
Represent the organization by communicating with customers, the public, or other external sources in person, in writing, by e-mail, or by telephone
Work almost exclusively with prospects by making cold introductions and initiating interactions
Meet new people in order to generate opportunities and create a need for product or services that did not previously exist
Negotiate prices and gain agreement to contractual terms Influence prospect’s actions and actively convince them to busy goods or services
Aligns unique insights to key customer priorities reframing the way customers view their business
Engages the customer by deliberately linking their business priorities to our value proposition
Qualifies and quantifies the impact of maintaining the status quo or pursuing competitors' solutions
Proactively advances the purchase decision without rushing the customer
Required Skills
1. High School diploma or GED 2. Related B2B sales experience in new business development 3. Experience working from a home type office (independent) 4. Experience with sales techniques, processes, and standards 5. Successful level of sales goals achieved 6. Driver’s License with clean record
