Responsibilities

	1. Responsible for setting up New Vendors a. Maintaining Vendor accounts as needed b. Obtaining W-9 for all New Vendors c. Maintaining vendor spreadsheet for New Vendors
	2. Responsible for reconciling Vendor statements 3. Responsible for check runs 4. Reponsible for processing invoices
	5. Responsible for creating month end Acoounts Payable accruals 6. Review and varify postings 7. A/R billings 8. Job duties include, but not limited, to the above functions.

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of A/P experience Accounts Recievable experience is a plus
