Focuses primarily on daily telephonic interaction with Customers/Employees identifying and resolving Customer Service issues relative to Payroll, Accounts/Payable and W-2 inquiries in a timely, professional and knowledgeable manner.
Required Skills
Clear, concise and complete follow-up call documentation is necessary. Demonstrates the ability to become a subject matter expert to resolve more complex Contact Center and Customer Service issues, exemplifying quality Customer Service.
