| Summary |
|
Salary: $18/hr - $24/hr. Our Client in Western PA area is in need of another experienced Manufacturing Engineering Technician (CNC milling machines, Swiss screw machines, multi-axis lathes). This client offers an outstanding benefits package, room for advancement, continuing education, and relocation assistance if needed, for the right qualified individual. | Responsibilities |
|
|
 |
Review blueprints, then create programs from those blueprints. |
|
Develop detailed manufacturing processes, and identify and select the tooling necessary for the jobs. |
|
Install the tooling to the machine, run the program, and produce the first five parts. |
|
1st article inspect parts back to the print, and ensure that the manufacturing process can be replicated for the customer order. |
|
When ready for replication, you will train the Machinists to run the order. |
|
Carefully and meticulously document all the processes and procedures used in the setup of the job, then on to the next assignment and embrace that challenge. |
|

| Required Skills |
|
|
|
You must be capable of working on multi-axis lathes, Swiss screw machines, and/or CNC milling machines. |
|
You must be able to perform the duties as outlined in the job responsibilities. |
|
