Summary
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Oversee foreclosure attorney/trustee. Prepare and provide reporting of attorney performance, vendor performance and foreclosure performance to management. Monitor and coordinate judgment figures, reinstatements and fee and cost quotes. Review and coordinate responses to qualified written requests and customer complaints for loans in Foreclosure. Manage litigation matters. Approve attorney and litigation fees. Monitor aged loans and past due events.
