Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service by listening and accurately taking clients requests and entering them into our database. This entails spelling passenger’s names, locations of passengers, street names, account information and payment requirements. 2. Ability to give drivers accurate street addresses and odd locations. 3. This position requires punctuality. 4. Ability to work in a team environment.
Required Skills
• Effectively operates all technical features of multi-functional phone system • Possesses minimum geographical knowledge of tri-state area; specifically Manhattan • Follows management instructions without needing frequent oversight • Efficient and accurate data-entry skills • Possesses active listening skills • Understands basic requirements of PC hardware and windows-based software applications • Demonstrates proactive judgment
