Legal Assistant - Commercial Real Estate Duties: Assisting lawyers and clients with transaction-related documents, including Drafting limited liability company agreements, formation documents, resolutions and consents and preparing for large scale Commercial Real Estate closings. Preparing deeds, assignments, affidavits, releases, terminations and tax forms. Preparing and updating excel spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
Reviewing and abstracting leases, mortgages, Environmental reports, zoning reports, appraisals, Engineering reports, assignments and lien searches. Reviewing and negotiating survey and title policies. Handling Document organization.
Required Skills
Forming and amending corporate entities (i.e., limited liability companies, limited partnerships and corporations), and qualifying entities in states in which the entities will do business. Drafting corporate resolutions and UCC's.
