Summary
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for bringing Company technologies into these devices. Given the multitude of partners we work with and devices our products run (Ford Sync, enterprise handhelds, picture frames, set top boxes, media players, thin clients, medical systems, etc ) we have one of the broadest industry exposures of any group in the company. We need your help to build out the next generation platforms, runtimes.

Responsibilities
Come change the way Windows Embedded does engineering. We are taking a turn to Agile and need to map our business process, introduce Agile to 300 engineers and assess the organizational maturity in order to plan for the future.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate would have: Expertise in Engineering Systems design and rollout, Expertise in Change Management, Expertise in CMMI, Expertise in Rolling out Agile/Kanban/... Expertise in assessment organizational agility and improving it.
