Experience

Environmental / Water Quality Associate The candidate should have 4-6 years of experience as an associate attorney with a particular emphasis on water quality law and environmental litigation. Intimate knowledge of the federal Clean Water Act and California's Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act is required, as is experience with the State Water Resources Control Board, Regional Water Quality Control Boards, the United States Environmental Protection Agency and nongovernmental organizations.
