Summary
ob Responsibilities and Requirements: Position Requirements Coordinates and implements all active and passive recruiting systems developed by the Business Development Center Director and Recruiting Managers. Administer agent referral program, recommends referral bonuses and selects target jobs for referral. Implement multiple active and passive recruiting systems to recruit Farmers Agents. Implement tracking systems to monitor the recruiting systems in the Business Development Center.

Conducts agent interviews and agency career seminars, maintains continuing liaison with centers of influence. Recommends any recruiting, interviewing, testing and selection procedures changes to the Recruiting Manager for the Business Development Center.

Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Skills and Abilities Not Indicated Physical Actions Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of walking, standing, lifting and/or carrying 30 lbs. maximum.
