Summary

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for managing frequent sales initiatives in the bank sales footprint to introduce potential customer to purchase and refinance mortgage opportunities. Accountable for branch unit and dollar volume goals in assigned territory. Provide expert knowledge on all Home Lending Products and Programs to the assigned branch network. Provide training, coaching and overall leadership and oversight of Home Lending products and services.

Raise awareness among sales and branch on Home Lending initiatives including brand advertising, campaigns and promotions Leverage CBNA communication channels including Manager Weekly, Sales and Marketing Toolkit, Consumer Credit Website to promote Home Lending initiatives/marketing support.

Required Skills

Ability to work independently and without supervision. Must be able to work in a team environment with Operations partners and support staff. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
