Summary
Paralegal Responsibilities: Will serve as an entry to mid-level Paralegal to support attorneys in the firm's Technology and Communications (techcomm) practice group. Provide an excellent opportunity to be part of a team serving the evolving needs of companies in the digital broadband marketplace. Duties include electronic preparation, filing and tracking of FCC license applications using the Universal Licensing System (ULS), and Broadcast Radio.

Responsibilities
Television Electronic Filing System (CDBS), monitoring Communications Industry trends for the US and European Union, performing research and due diligence at the FCC and state utility commissions, preparing FCC and state certification applications, related exhibits and tariffs.
Required Skills
This firm likely wouldn't survive anywhere but Washington DC--in fact, attempts at satellite offices have met with little success. However, inside the Beltway, very few firms rival the political connections and lobbying acumen in this firm.
