With practice areas that run from international trade to individual tax, there are plenty of opportunities for like-minded attorneys.
Required Skills
Public and private equity and debt offerings, cash flow and asset based credit facilities, second lien and subordinated debt financings, recapitalizations, and restructurings. Large law firm experience is helpful.
