Summary

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for classroom management, ensuring facility and classroom setup are complete, attending to the unique needs of the participants, monitoring participant progress, soliciting formal feedback on course effectiveness and providing course summaries reflective of each learning event. The Trainer I must demonstrate effective presentation skills in all learning environments. A. Education 1. Associate's degree preferred.
