Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for the accounts payable process. Process and track approved orders. Verify track distribution purchase orders. Verify approvals and research past payments. Do weekly check runs for vendor invoices and agency activity. End of month check run for standardized payments such as foster parent payments, consultants, annuitants, rental payments, etc.

File paid invoices and handle vendor inquiries. Prepare monthly deposits for West Virginia. Assist with payroll process. Other duties as assigned. Maintenance of an unrestricted Maryland Driver s License and safe driving record.
Required Skills
Flexible work hours to include occasional evenings, on site and off site attendance at meetings. AA Degree or related experience. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner both written and orally.
