(We are 99% residential service/existing homes, little commercial). Looking for only ‘A’ Players!

 |
Our chosen candidate looks like–
• Must have a current certified journeyman's license to apply. C10 does not qualify as a certified journeyman's license plus has strong existing residential service experience
• Clean cut a must
• Great customer service skills, looking for foreman with excellent sales skills
• Great residential trouble shooter, neat clean up to code work
• A CAN-DO great/positive/optimistic attitude, great team member, takes ownership, plays at the top of their game
• Able to estimate, sell and up sell products customers need, overcome objections professionally, no income ceiling-answers in the mirror!
• Willing to serve customer and team mates
• Has drive, initiative, tenacity, ambitious, never satisfied w/status quo
• Self taught, coachable, spirit of excellence, takes responsibility for personal growth & bettering themselves
• Not a whiner but a problem solver, HATES mediocrity
• Able to lift 75lbs+ and get in/out of box trucks
• Able to communicate with customers to build trust and value, committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• Able to physically get into attics and under houses
• Be able to explain electrical problems and solutions in layman’s terms, give options
• Able to perform repairs to Powell Electric quality control standards
• Making sure job is totally cleaned up and that the customer is 100% satisfied before leaving ANY job
• Keep your van well stocked and organized to Powell Electric standards
• Able to work long hours, average 50-60 a week, some weekends and be on call rotating basis
• Be on time, clean and pressed uniform, shoes shined, shaving prior to meetings
• Participate in daily technician role playing, verbal and written training for ongoing excellence
• Must have current California drivers license, clean driving record, able to pass background and drug test, (Plse do not apply if any of these are an issue, plse NOTE)
• Be hard working, fun, energetic, dependable, ‘whatever’ it takes team member
