Summary
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Set-up and maintain project files. Coordinate and attend meetings and take minutes. Coordinate orders with reproduction companies. Purchase Office supplies and assist San Francisco/Oakland Site Office (SAS) with ordering Office supplies. Assist with spreadsheet, word processing and PowerPoint presentations. Assist with Owner/Client/Subconsultant coordination. Copy and collate materials. Maintain and distribute Project Management guides as requested.

Review and update phone directory information each month before disbursement. Make hotel arrangements. Assist with set-up and Office orientation for new employees in Oakland Site Office (SAS) Office. Schedule Travel arrangements as needed. Cover Front Desk as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Requires exceptional organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
