Summary
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: They will quality check the totals entered against the amount submitted and provide the required information to the Processing Analyst for further processing. Key Responsibilities: Perform a quality check and prepare and sort a client batch to begin processing. Enters new customer information from certificates or report listings into the system. Chooses appropriate coverage codes based on the choices selected on the certificates.

Enters refund information from certificate cancellations or report listings into the system. Selects appropriate customer and coverage for cancellation. Balances the amount entered back to the clients report and remittance. Identifies and documents differences.
Required Skills
Ability to identify problems that fall outside of set conditions. Strong documentation skills; able to identify and document simple issues on a standardized form. Ability to work under pressure. Desired skills/experience: Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
