Summary
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Resposibilities Summary s Administration Operations (Admin Ops) business unit s primary function is to provide support for the 3 sales groups within the company. The support services provided comes in many forms and consists of Quote and Order inspection and processing, sales training, policy enforcement and documentation and much more. Admin Ops is closely aligned with Company Executive and Field Sales Management and receives its operational taks.

The position offers personnel an opportunity to interact with many of Actuate s other business units on a global basis. It s not uncommon for Field Support Administrators to work with Field Sales, Finance, Legal, Entitlement, Engineering, Sales Operations and Customer Service on any given day.
Required Skills
Experience skill working with the following technology / products: Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat Online Web-Based Meeting Technology such as Microsoft Live Meeting, WebEx or other similar products and technology Sales Forecasting applications.
