    Training will be the first 8 weeks. The first 4 weeks will be Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and then you will transition to your regularly scheduled later shift. You shouldn't miss a day of training! Starting Pay: For the first three months you will receive a pay draw equivalent to an annualized rate of $43,000. Agents that achieve over the average goals set forth in the targeted commission structure are paid more! At the beginning of your fourth month, you will go to a base plus sales bonus. Agents "just meeting" target make approximately $55,000 a year but have unlimited potential to achieve much more......we have agents ranging from $50K - $95K!
