Responsibilities
Responsible for the business process analysis, mapping and engineering of CRM, ERP and Accounting Software; implementation - including setup, configuration and customization; consulting, training and support; and overall client management of our clients.
In conjunction with other team member consultants, this individual will assess customer implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.
Lead multiple engagements, interacting directly with senior level client personnel both in the implementation as well as project execution. Must be comfortable managing a significant number of clients concurrently with aggressive timelines.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree in business or accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.
Strong accounting, operational and business process experience required. Specifically tied to CRM, ERP and Accounting software (systems) like NetSuite and Dynamics GP is beneficial.
Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Dynamics GP (Great Plains), NetSuite, NetSuite CRM, QuickBooks, ACT, Goldmine, MAS Family, Sage Family, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards.
A self starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Ability to take direction and work independently.
Excellent understanding of business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), CRM/Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment), Marketing Campaigns and Web Presence (ECommerce, Shopping Carts, Websites), and Customer Support (Cases Management and Territory Management).
