Responsibilities

• Possess and maintains functional expertise in the Customs regulations and Customs broker practices. • Monitors and ensures compliance with U.S. import regulations (current/pending/new regulations) and other government agencies. • Monitors US importation changes i.e., Free Trade Agreements, trade sanctions, etc.

Required Skills

• Assists with C-TPAT Security Initiatives. • Reviews trade periodicals to keep current on global issues. • Coordinates and participates in the development, deployment and conducting of Customs Compliance trainings that comply with regulatory compliance requirements to personnel including maintaining the training log.
