Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation by maintaining litigation support throughout discovery and assisting in the preparation for depositions, motions and trials. Produce quality work in a timely manner, even under adverse conditions. Conduct document productions and inspections; develop computerized support systems for complex document Management cases.

Responsibilities
Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials by: contacting and interviewing witnesses, summarizing depositions, creating exhibits, assembling Trial notebooks, and preparing judgments. Draft the following: pleadings, discovery requests and responses, routine motions, affidavits, witness lists.
