Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in patent work. AAS in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate (ABA accredited) preferred. Knowledge of domestic and International patent work, including assisting with electronic filing of patent applications and prosecution documents, tracking prosecution history, liaising with clients, foreign associates, federal and foreign agencies; assisting with all other aspects of patent prosecution is required.
