Summary
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Actively lead and support the plant Safety programs; You will create an environment that promotes teamwork and accomplishment through open communication of ideas; Actively pursue ways to meet site yield expectations by working with operators and plant Manufacturing Staff to identify potential bottlenecks; Understand the Waste, Speed and Delay design for each Product on each machine, then meet or exceed design.

Routinely verify conformance of material being produced to meet or exceed the quality standard. Demonstrated ability to effectively take action to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment and successful stress tolerance; Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information.
Required Skills
Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of Safety, employee relations, quality, productivity and cost; Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload while paying attention to detail; and Demonstrated ability to function as a strong team player.
