Responsibilities
• Investigate improvement opportunities and initiate critical manufacturing processes. • Work with others in hands on troubleshooting of technical problems. • Implement process improvements to improve plant performance. • Use error proofing when identifying and modifying processes for current and new product launch components. • Develop parameters to monitor process performance and improve manufacturing efficiencies. • Successfully resolve process variation. • Lead cost reductions, new product development and process improvements for assigned projects.
