Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: •Approving and processing customer orders •Handling customer service issues •Creating weekly/monthly reports •Analyzing sales data •Preparing new product and product lines for additions to government websites •Marketing and Sales •Growing each contract to its fullest potential
Required Skills
Job Requirements: •General computer skills including internet searches and online ordering processes. •Type 30+ words/min •High School diploma or equivalent •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel •Ability to multitask •Excellent phone skills a plus •Positive attitude
